Our parcel delivery policy

Once payment has been confirmed for your order, we take 3-7 business days to process the order. We always try to process your order and ship it as quickly as possible, but during holidays the processing time for orders may be extended.
We ship your parcels worldwide using standard postal service.
Standard delivery time is 15-25 business days. During holidays, due to the heavy workload of transport services, the delivery time may be extended.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! US Shipping Policy Update.  In response to updated US customs rules, an additional fee is now required for US-bound deliveries. This surcharge includes freight, customs processing, and duties.

Each parcel is assigned an international track number, which we inform the buyer. The shipping cost does not include your country's customs fees.
We do not send parcels to these countries: Afghanistan, Yemen, Iraq, Iran.
We reserve the right to increase the delivery time of goods in the event of unforeseen situations in the work of transport services or emergency disasters.
